Thank God I did! The other doctor I went to totally lied to me and my teeth are actually perfectly fine. The staff here from the front desk staff to the doctor was so nice and down to earth. Literally everyone was kind and had a good vibe. One woman who I assume is a dentist assistant helped to do my x-rays and it was the most comfortable x-ray I've ever gotten at a dentist before. If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.
REDUCE BLEEDING
Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.
CONTROL SWELLING
Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

How do I schedule my preventive care?
Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!
How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.
How do I know if I need Perio membership?
If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.
How can I check on the status of my account?
Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
Can I change or update my billing information?
Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.
Can I prepay my membership fees?
Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

Dr. Steve Kim
Dr. Kim always knew he wanted to work in the healthcare industry. With encouragement from his mother, he decided to pursue dentistry because it combined his engineering skills with his aesthetic touch. After practicing for several years in Seoul, South Korea, he decided to specialize in Prosthodontics to maximize his artistic talent and truly master his dental capabilities. After graduating from the top-rated Seoul National University with his DDS, Dr. Kim sought to expand his knowledge further. He set his sights on Boston, where he embarked on a new chapter of his educational journey at Boston University's prestigious Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, bringing along his wife, a former anchorwoman, and their two daughters. Driven by a commitment to providing the highest level of excellence for his patients, Dr. Steve Kim continues to excel in his dental career, combining his international experience and education to deliver exceptional dental services and foster lasting relationships with his patients. He listens to and respects each of their concerns with a calm and patient bedside manner, finessed over years of being a doting father and husband. Dr. Kim's longtime passion and talent lies in music. He was the bass guitarist of a rock band in his college days, and continues to enjoy playing guitar in his free time. He plans to pursue astronomy when he semi-retires once his youngest daughter graduates dental school at UCLA and joins the practice.
